An open brief and a basic setup
House of Manifestation started with a basic Kajabi setup. It had no mobile apps and no e-commerce, and the brief did not come with a product specification, an established architecture or an existing team. Shan joined as a senior engineer on contract to turn that starting point into a working product.
Building the member experience
The delivery covered a course library and a Shopify subscription store, along with apps for both iOS and Android. Shan built the backend with Supabase. The scope extended across the web experience, mobile access and subscriptions, rather than stopping at a replacement website for the original Kajabi setup.
Connecting the operational pieces
The work also connected the product to the systems used to manage and understand the community. Shan integrated HubSpot CRM and Statsig analytics for tracking after launch. His portfolio describes integrations across Shopify, HubSpot and Kajabi, as well as marketing campaign automations, within the same contract engagement.
The launch
The product reached production in three months, between January and March 2026. Shan reports approximately 500 active members on the first day and a 5.0 App Store rating at launch. The delivery covered four platforms. These figures describe the launch: the member count and store rating are tied to that point in the project.
